Why the Website Needed an AI-First Rebuild

Russell GomersallInsight

bpExperts has always led with content over marketing. AI changed the pace of that work — Business Flows grew as a contextual layer, content expanded faster, and Claude Code accelerated the tooling behind it. The website needed to catch up. We took an AI-first approach, connecting Business Flows and our GitHub directly through agents.

AI changed the pace of our work.

Business Flows gained relevance as a contextual layer — the structured knowledge foundation that AI initiatives need and rarely have. At the same time, AI accelerated our ability to extend the content itself: AI use cases, the SAP reference model, compliance obligations, operating models. Claude Code in particular changed the speed at which we could build the tools behind it — MCP servers, reports, the infrastructure connecting Business Flows to the site.

bpExperts has always communicated through substance: services, methodology, and content — never a marketing pamphlet. The old website reflected that. It was content-heavy by design. But it stopped keeping pace with what we had built.

So we took the approach that follows naturally from how we already work: AI-first. Business Flows and our GitHub repositories now connect directly to the new site through agents, which means the content layer stays current as the underlying work evolves — not a one-time rebuild, but an ongoing connection.

What stays the same: our values, our signals, and Business Flows as the framework at the centre of how we deliver value. What changed is the infrastructure behind how that gets communicated.
